Hotel relocation
We relocate hotels in phases: rooms, restaurant, kitchen, premium furniture — without affecting guest service.
Hotel relocation is one of the most complex B2B projects: you continue serving guests, you move floors or wings in turn, you handle premium furniture and fragile decor. ELP Baltics runs these in phases, at night and in low season, with a project manager, contract up to €200 000 of insurance and an experienced team. We work for new openings, refurbishments and operator handovers.
What we deliver during a hotel relocation
A standard project — one hotel, 30–150 rooms, a 1–4 week phased schedule.
Site survey and schedule
A senior coordinator visits the hotel and produces a detailed move plan with timeline and buffer windows.
FF&E inventory
We inventory rooms — beds, mattresses, furniture, lamps, art, mini-bars. Every item is QR-tagged.
Restaurant and bar
Tables, chairs, wine cabinets, bar equipment, decor. Wine cabinets and coffee machines get extra-careful packing.
Kitchen and tableware
Industrial kitchen equipment, chillers, table service. Refrigeration gets compressor protection and dedicated fixation.
Spa and pool
Massage tables, hot tubs, loungers. Heavy items — Zonzini Domino Lift robot up to 800 kg.
Art
Paintings, sculptures and decor packed into custom-made wooden crates with climate protection.
Storage
Interim storage — ELP facility up to 60 days, or customs warehouse for import-related moves.
Confidentiality
Team NDA, photo restrictions in shared areas, neutral codes for cargo labelling.

Indicative hotel relocation prices
Final price depends on room count, restaurant size, spa and special items (art, wine collections). Below are typical brackets.
| Hotel size | Team | Duration | Indicative price (excl. VAT) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Boutique (up to 30 rooms) | 6–8 people + truck | 1 week | from €6 800 |
| Mid-size (30–80 rooms) | 8–12 people + 2 trucks | 2 weeks | from €18 500 |
| Large (80–150 rooms) | 12–18 people + 3 trucks | 3–4 weeks | from €38 000 |
| Premium / 5* | Per project | Per schedule | custom quote |
* Prices cover FF&E without operational equipment (TV, alarms, door locks). Those are usually handled by your technical partner.
How hotel relocation differs from office
On the surface it looks simple: a bed, chairs, a lamp, art — same stuff as in any office. But hotels have three hard differences.
First — operational continuity. In most cases guests continue using other parts of the building, so the move runs in phases — one floor at night, then the next. That requires close coordination with your duty manager and security team.
Second — premium FF&E. Designer beds, marble nightstands, crystal chandeliers, original sculptures — all this needs custom packing and, often, on-site crate building.
Third — confidentiality. Owners often don't want a moving crew to freely photograph interiors or know what's in premium suites. We sign an NDA by default and use neutral codes for cargo.
