How the moving cost calculator works
The calculator gives an estimated moving price based on a few key inputs: volume (number of rooms or workspaces), floor and elevator availability, city and distance from Vilnius. The base rate is €59/hr + VAT for a 2-person team with a van; the minimum order is 2 hours.
The final price depends on the actual time spent, so for an exact quote we recommend attaching photos of your rooms or contacting a manager. Complex items — pianos, safes, artwork, office or retail relocations — are priced individually after a survey.
What increases or lowers the price
- Floor without an elevator (+€2.50/m³ per floor)
- Distance outside Vilnius (mileage €1.26/km)
- Packing services and boxes
- Furniture disassembly and reassembly
- Night or weekend work
- Heavy items (safes, pianos, equipment up to 800 kg)
