Medical equipment relocation needs two things: technical accuracy and time control. Every day without clinic operation is lost revenue, so projects run in phases or within 24–48 hours. ELP Baltics works with manufacturer service teams (post-move calibration), provides specialised packing and Zonzini Domino Lift robot for heavy equipment (up to 800 kg up the stairs). Suitable for dental, family clinics, laboratories and small medical centres.
Equipment we relocate
Standard project — one clinic or lab, 1–3 working days. All work follows manufacturer guidelines.
Dental equipment
Dental chairs, compressors, panoramic X-rays, sterilisers. Disconnect/reconnect handled by manufacturer service.
Diagnostic equipment
Ultrasound, ECG, smaller X-ray devices. Packed in original boxes or custom-built crates.
Lab equipment
Centrifuges, autoclaves, fluorescent microscopes, biochemical analysers. Transported on anti-vibration platforms.
Refrigeration
Lab freezers (-80 °C), reagent fridges, vaccine freezers. Transported upright with temperature monitoring.
Heavy equipment (Zonzini)
Up to 800 kg up the stairs — Zonzini Domino Lift robot. Ideal for compressors, larger sterilisers and radiology gear.
Packing and transport
Original packaging or custom wooden crates. In transit — anti-vibration cushions and GPS tracking.
Storage
Between sites — ELP facility 5–60 days, 5–25 °C, controlled humidity.
Confidentiality
Team NDA, patient data protection (when reception equipment with disk memory is moved), acceptance reports.

Site survey + service alignment
A coordinator visits, contacts your manufacturer service, aligns the disconnect/reconnect schedule.

Within 48–72 hours — fixed offer with schedule, insurance up to €100 000 per item and service coordination.

Move
Team arrives after closing, disconnects (with service), packs, transports and rebuilds at the new site.

Calibration and commissioning
Manufacturer service performs calibration and test runs. Acceptance report signed.

How medical equipment moves differ
Medical equipment has two key differences from regular furniture or office gear. First — manufacturer warranty. Most equipment requires the manufacturer's licensed service team to handle disconnect, transfer and reconnection. We act as their partner, coordinate schedules and do everything they don't — packing, physical transport and lifting.
Second — anti-vibration conditions. Microscopes, biochemical analysers and especially MRI (where our role is only the move to the MRI carrier, not the MRI itself) need special platforms. We have such equipment in our fleet and have been using it on projects since 2018.
Edge cases
MRI, CT scanners and cyclotrons are moved by the manufacturer's specialised partners (e.g. GE, Siemens). Our role on those projects is only the surrounding work — rooms around the scanner, reception, other floors.
Regulated activity
Everything is documented — QR-tagging, before/after photos, acceptance reports. This helps you meet Ministry of Health requirements for equipment traceability.
