IT relocation is not box moving — it is risk management. The two things that matter most are downtime and data security. One unplanned server room move can halt an entire company, so ELP Baltics works in phases or over a weekend, with full equipment inventory, a cable labeling system (photo-documented before disconnect) and a team NDA. We move server racks, switches, UPS, workstations and peripherals — from small offices to server rooms with 10+ racks.
IT equipment we relocate
Standard project — one server room or a 20–100 workstation office. All work is documented and coordinated with your IT team.
Server racks
Rack disassembly, transport on anti-vibration platforms and rebuild at the new site following the original layout.
Network gear
Switches, routers, firewalls, patch panels. Cables are labeled and photographed before disconnect.
Power & cooling
UPS, battery banks, PDUs. Transported with discharged batteries or per manufacturer requirements.
Workstations
PCs, monitors, docks, IP phones. Packed per user in numbered boxes for fast rebuild at the new site.
Inventory
Full equipment list with serial numbers, QR tagging and an acceptance report. Useful for asset accounting and audit.
Heavy equipment (Zonzini)
Fully loaded racks up the stairs without a lift — Zonzini Domino Lift robot up to 800 kg.
Storage
Between sites — ELP facility 5–60 days, controlled temperature and humidity, restricted access.
Confidentiality
Team NDA, sealed containers for sensitive gear, separate logistics for data media on request.

How IT relocation differs
IT relocation is driven not by weight but by two invisible factors: downtime and data traceability. A company can move an office in a day, but a server room must come back online at an exact planned time — so we work in windows (weekend, night) and plan the rebuild in reverse from the power-on moment.
The second factor is documentation. Every cable is labeled and photographed before disconnect, every device gets a QR tag with its serial number. This lets us rebuild everything exactly as it was and gives you a full asset inventory after the move.
Data security
Sensitive data media (backups, encrypted drives) can be moved via separate logistics in a sealed container with its own acceptance report. The team works under NDA.
Coordination with IT
Server-level disconnect and power-on are usually handled by your IT team or our partner. Our responsibility is the physical disassembly, safe transport and rebuild to the layout.
