Office moving
Office moving with a contract, insurance and a real project manager. We work weekends and nights so your team works on Monday in the same setup they had on Friday.
An office move is a logistics project: workstation inventory, IT racks dismantled and rebuilt, archives sealed and labelled, furniture rebuilt to plan. ELP Baltics works under contract with insurance up to €100 000, teams of 2–6 movers, usually on weekends or at night — so on Monday morning your team is already back at work.
What we deliver during an office move
A standard Vilnius office project covers 80–250 workstations and 1–3 working days. Here is what we are concretely responsible for.
Site survey and plan
A senior coordinator visits the office, measures volumes, floors and elevator clearances, and produces a written move plan with timeline.
Inventory and labelling
Every box is tagged with a QR code or colour scheme by room so unloading at the new site is unambiguous.
Packing and IT
We pack documents, monitors, phones and the coffee zone. We coordinate with your IT team or partners to dismantle racks and network gear.
Furniture disassembly and rebuild
We disassemble desks, partitions, shelving and conference tables, and rebuild everything at the new site to your floor plan.
Safe transport
Vans of 12–18 m³ or trucks up to 20 t. Drivers and movers are ELP staff, not subcontractors.
Heavy lifting
Up to 800 kg up the stairs with the Zonzini Domino Lift stair-climbing robot — safes, archive cabinets, industrial printers, no elevator needed.
Floor and elevator protection
We cover elevators, corridors and floors with protective sheeting and provide confirmation to building management.
Unloading and acceptance
Boxes go straight to the labelled rooms. Final acceptance and a closing report signed by your representative.
Disposal of old furniture
Optional: we remove and dispose of old furniture, packing material and IT equipment per Lithuanian waste regulations.
Five steps from inquiry to closing report
Smaller offices (up to 30 workstations) usually fit a one-day move; larger projects get a custom phased plan.
- 01
Inquiry
You fill in the calculator or call us. A project manager gets back within hours.
- 02
Site survey
A senior coordinator visits the office, or reviews a short video for very small sites.
- 03
Quote and contract
Within 24 hours we send a commercial offer with a fixed or hourly price, insurance limit and timeline.
- 04
Move execution
The team arrives on the agreed date. Every stage is photo-documented. You always have one point of contact on our side.
- 05
Acceptance
Reassembly, walk-through, VAT invoice and closing report. If we need an extra hour, no negotiation needed — it's covered.
Indicative office moving prices
Final price depends on number of workstations, floors, elevator size, distance and any heavy equipment. Below is the typical Vilnius office project bracket.
| Office size | Workstations | Team + vehicles | Indicative price (excl. VAT) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small office | up to 15 | 2 people + 1 van, 1 day | from €480 |
| Medium office | 15–40 | 3–4 people + 2 vans, 1 day | from €980 |
| Large office | 40–100 | 5–6 people + truck, 1–2 days | from €2 400 |
| Enterprise project | 100+ | Team 6+ + truck + Zonzini robot | custom quote |
* Minimum order — 2 hours (€118 + VAT). Standard team rate — €59/h + VAT. Stair-climbing robot, night work and weekend work are quoted as separate line items.
Why office moving is a separate service
On the surface an office move looks like a flat move at a larger scale: pack, transport, set up. In practice it's a different project. The first reason is IT infrastructure that cannot be unplugged without a plan — servers, switches, telephony, access control, video surveillance. The second is contracts and confidentiality: archives must travel sealed and labelled.
That's why we work strictly under written contract with a clear insurance cap, with one project manager on your side and one on ours. The whole team are ELP Baltics employees — not subcontractors — on internal NDA. If the move runs at night or on the weekend, we handle the paperwork with the building administration.
When a site survey pays for itself
For any office above 25 workstations we recommend a free site survey. In 30–40 minutes a senior coordinator measures elevators, corridors, IT racks and writes a realistic timeline — far more reliable than a photo estimate, and it lets us lock a fixed price in the offer.
